Virgin fibers in combination of being totally OBA free make Pankaboard an ideal supplier of food service materials. The product range covers uncoated low substance materials for highest efficiency to coated materials for high end printing. As a result of our special drying equipment we are able to achieve an exceptional surface smoothness even on the uncoated grades. PankaPlex
PankaPlex is an uncoated two-ply cartonboard especially designed for the food service industry. PankaPlex is produced from mechanical pulp in combination with white top layer of chemical pulp. Special characteristics make PankaPlex ideal for various end-uses within food service sector (eg. plates, outer liner in doublewall cups) and various lamination purposes, where a white uncoated surface is required. PankaPlex is biodegradable with certified compostability (220–240 gsm) and OBA free. PankaPlex is available from 220 g/m2 up to 350 g/m2 (0.6 mm).

PankaBrite
PankaBrite is a fully coated folding boxboard with a cream reverse. PankaBrite is a bulky and rigid cartonboard for various packaging purposes. It is ideal for food packaging where rigidity, purity and visual characteristics are required. Suitable also for large plates. PankaBrite is available from 275 g/m2 up to 525 g/m2 (1.03 mm). PankaBrite can also be supplied as hard sized for chilled and frozen food. PankaBrite is OBA free.
